Deposit Refund Policy
At FroHub, we have a deposit refund policy in place to protect both our stylists and clients, ensuring a fair experience for everyone.
Cancellations up to 7 Days Before Appointment: If a client cancels their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment, they will receive a full refund of their deposit. However, the booking fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations Within 7 Days: If a client cancels their booking within 7 days of the scheduled appointment, or if the booking was made less than 7 days in advance, the client is not eligible for a refund of either the deposit or the booking fee.
If the Stylist Cancels: If the stylist cancels the appointment for any reason, the client will be refunded all payments made, including both the deposit and the booking fee.
Why the 7-Day Notice?
The 7-day cancellation policy allows our stylists to fill their time slot with another client, reducing the financial impact of last-minute cancellations. We ask that clients keep this in mind when making bookings, as it helps stylists manage their schedules and maintain availability for all clients.

Service Time & Availability
I provide professional mobile Afro hair services including braids, twists, locks, and wig installation. Appointment times are based on the service booked and may vary depending on hair length and complexity. Please be on time for your appointment so we can complete your service as scheduled.
Punctuality: Arriving late may reduce the time available for your service.
Travel Fee: A small travel fee may apply if your location is outside my standard service area.
Health & Safety: Please ensure your hair and scalp are clean before your appointment. Any conditions that may affect the service should be disclosed in advance.
I will charge extra fees if your hair is not blow dry before I come please.
Respectful Environment: I aim to provide a friendly and professional experience. Please be courteous during the appointment.
Late Fees
I understand that delays can happen! Please try to arrive on time.
10-minute grace period for all appointments.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your service.
If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a small fee may apply.
This helps me stay on schedule and provide the best service for everyone.
Payments
Payment Preference
Deposit payment is accepted through the FroHub booking system (preferred). Full payment (or the remaining to be paid) is expected at the time of service.
