Please note:

Once the deposit for my services have been paid online, the remaining balance on the day + travel fee, must be paid via bank transfer.
Your hair must be clean and detangled with minimal product in preparation for your appointment.
Any skin or hair conditions must be disclosed prior to attending your appointment as this may affect my ability to service your hair.

Hair extensions:

Hair NOT provided.
Please bring pre-stretched hair. If you bring regular hair, then you will be charged £2 per pack for me to pre-stretch it whilst doing your hair.
If you want me to provide the hair, it will be £6 per hair pack. Please send me a message at least 5 days before your appointment by using the 'Contact' button on my profile page.

Wait for the beautician's response. They have 24 hours to accept your request.
When your request is accepted, you’ll be charged the deposit payment. If the beautician declines or doesn’t respond within 24 hours, no charge is made. You will be notified via email and in your dashboard of the status of your booking request. You will be charged £10 for 10-20 minutes of lateness £30 for 20-30 minutes We reserve the right to cancel an appointment should you be delayed by 30 minutes or more, as it may impact other appointments scheduled.
