Please note:

  • Your hair needs to be stretched or blown out prior to appointment due to time, however blowout is available as an additional service for + £10
  • Extensions MUST BE SENT 2 DAYS PRIOR to your appointment to allow for it to be prepared beforehand. Address details will be shared upon booking confirmation.
  • Itoju also provides Xpression extensions for + £15 and will also pre-rinse the hair with ACV to minimise itchiness or irritation to the client. Use ‘Contact’ on our store page once you have made a booking to let us know if you want us to provide it.
  • If you would like the ACV service with extensions that you will be providing yourself this will be + £5.
  • Please arrive for your appointment on time if you choose to a home-based service or be ready for my arrival if you choose a mobile service to avoid incurring any late fees.
  • I also offer a home-based service, please use the ‘notes’ section when requesting a service to let me know that you want to come to me.

Mobile Travel Fees

  • Mobile services fees depend on mileage from ME8 8FG:
  • Distances within a 10mile radius is free
  • Beyond a 10mile radius you will be required to pay +£0.50 per additional mile to cover the added cost of fuel

Deposit Refund Policy

At FroHub, we have a deposit refund policy in place to protect both our stylists and clients, ensuring a fair experience for everyone.

Cancellations up to 7 Days Before Appointment: If a client cancels their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment, they will receive a full refund of their deposit. However, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations Within 7 Days: If a client cancels their booking within 7 days of the scheduled appointment, or if the booking was made less than 7 days in advance, the client is not eligible for a refund of either the deposit or the booking fee.

If the Stylist Cancels: If the stylist cancels the appointment for any reason, the client will be refunded all payments made, including both the deposit and the booking fee.

Why the 7-Day Notice?
The 7-day cancellation policy allows our stylists to fill their time slot with another client, reducing the financial impact of last-minute cancellations. We ask that clients keep this in mind when making bookings, as it helps stylists manage their schedules and maintain availability for all clients.

Itoju Haircare

Itoju haircare is a branch of a growing brand which encourages healthy mindsets to black haircare and operates on evidence based research. The desire of the brand is to be attentive to the story science and nature tells us about our hair.  I hope to help you steward and care for the hair on your head or your child’s head, using best hair practises and more importantly being patient. I provide a select number of styles for all types of natural hair that I believe genuinely promotes health. These styles include: cornrow styles with or without extensions (which would require consultations), knotless braids, flat twists, mini twists, kinky twists, and soft locs. I also provide a blow-out service if required, but encourage clients to stretch their hair before to the appointment to avoid eating into the time slot, however if you are unable to do it yourself that is okay.
