    • This service is just to remove braids or cornrows from your hair.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    • For promotional purposes, please note that photos/videos of the hair and your face (if you permit) may be taken before, during and after your hair appointment.
    • I do not colour hair extensions.
    • To maintain the quality of service, if you have prior engagements scheduled, please do not book a same day appointment, as I like to take my time to provide you with quality work.
    • Please understand that some hairstyles may take longer than estimated, due to length and thickness of hair.

    Deposit Refund Policy

    At FroHub, we have a deposit refund policy in place to protect both our stylists and clients, ensuring a fair experience for everyone.

    Cancellations up to 7 Days Before Appointment: If a client cancels their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment, they will receive a full refund of their deposit. However, the booking fee is non-refundable.

    Cancellations Within 7 Days: If a client cancels their booking within 7 days of the scheduled appointment, or if the booking was made less than 7 days in advance, the client is not eligible for a refund of either the deposit or the booking fee.

    If the Stylist Cancels: If the stylist cancels the appointment for any reason, the client will be refunded all payments made, including both the deposit and the booking fee.

    Why the 7-Day Notice?
    The 7-day cancellation policy allows our stylists to fill their time slot with another client, reducing the financial impact of last-minute cancellations. We ask that clients keep this in mind when making bookings, as it helps stylists manage their schedules and maintain availability for all clients.

    An amazing mobile hairdresser!!! Charlotta was friendly, professional and punctual. My box braids were beautiful and I was so happy with the end product. I did my hair 3 weeks ago and have washed it since not one braid has fallen out and the braids were not too tight. I would definitely recommend.

    Charlotta from LHB was so lovely, patient and friendly like having a friend doing your hair! There was no pain felt in the process at all, she parted my hair for box braids amazingly and also did my edges in the end and helped clean up after the appointment so well!! She also took time to go out of her way to come in the evening and stayed until 11pm to do my hair and was just good vibes – definitely recommend, also good prices so I had to tip as well!
