    Any questions you might have, before booking, or once booking has been confirmed, please use ‘Contact’ on my profile page to send me a message.

    Please note:

    • Style lasts between 4-6 weeks. Causes NO tension/stress on the hair. Easy to manage  you have the choice of styling it in many different ways!
    • In order to keep the maintenance of the hair, touch up with moose  every 5 days and scarf every night.

    Hair Extensions:

    • Hair is NOT included but can be provided for an additional cost. X-pression/Impression hair can be provided at £4 per pack. Please send me a message using the ‘Contact’ button on my store page once you have made a booking to let me know if you want me to provide it.
    • If you are bringing your own hair then please bring pre-stretched hair, either impression or X-pression. How many packs depends on thickness of hair and size of head.

    Late fee policy: Grace period of 10 minutes.

    • You will be charged £5 for 10-15 minutes of lateness
    • £10 for 15-20 minutes
    • We reserve the right to cancel an appointment should you be delayed by 20 minutes or more, as it may impact other appointments scheduled. However, we understand things can happen and we will accommodate you if we can.

    Deposit Refund Policy

    At FroHub, we have a deposit refund policy in place to protect both our stylists and clients, ensuring a fair experience for everyone.

    Cancellations up to 7 Days Before Appointment: If a client cancels their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment, they will receive a full refund of their deposit. However, the booking fee is non-refundable.

    Cancellations Within 7 Days: If a client cancels their booking within 7 days of the scheduled appointment, or if the booking was made less than 7 days in advance, the client is not eligible for a refund of either the deposit or the booking fee.

    If the Stylist Cancels: If the stylist cancels the appointment for any reason, the client will be refunded all payments made, including both the deposit and the booking fee.

    Why the 7-Day Notice?
    The 7-day cancellation policy allows our stylists to fill their time slot with another client, reducing the financial impact of last-minute cancellations. We ask that clients keep this in mind when making bookings, as it helps stylists manage their schedules and maintain availability for all clients.
