Wait for the beautician's response. They have 24 hours to accept your request.
When your request is accepted, you’ll be charged the deposit payment. If the beautician declines or doesn’t respond within 24 hours, no charge is made. You will be notified via email and in your dashboard of the status of your booking request. By requesting to book a service you are agreeing to the beautician's cancellation, late fee and refund policy.

Please note: Your hair must be washed and cleaned in preparation for your booking. Please do not use any oily or greasy products on your hair if you want cornrows, knotless braids or twist as this will interfere with the products I'll be using on your hair. Please bring your own hair extensions as I don’t provide it. The quantity required depends on the style, thickness, and length of your natural hair. Numbers of extensions should be 4-5 for braids and 2-3 for cornrows. Generally, 4-5 packs are suggested for braids, while 2-3 packs should suffice for cornrows. Lateness fee and grace period: 10-20 mins: £10 30mins: cancelled Please note: No plus ones, kindly attend alone.
