A traditional sew-in is a versatile and natural-looking weave installation method. Perfect for adding length, volume, or both while protecting your natural hair. Please note: Heat will be applied, please do not book if you are not comfortable. Please ensure you hair is freshly washed and either blow dried, stretched or detangled prior the appointment. Blow dry included if your hair is not blow dried on the day Hair Extensions Hair is not included. 3 bundles minimum required and provided by you. Please ensure there is no thread on the wefts( remove prior appointment) Extra Info: The remaining balance can be paid by cash preferably or card.

Deposit Refund Policy

At FroHub, we have a deposit refund policy in place to protect both our stylists and clients, ensuring a fair experience for everyone.

Cancellations up to 7 Days Before Appointment: If a client cancels their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment, they will receive a full refund of their deposit. However, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations Within 7 Days: If a client cancels their booking within 7 days of the scheduled appointment, or if the booking was made less than 7 days in advance, the client is not eligible for a refund of either the deposit or the booking fee.

If the Stylist Cancels: If the stylist cancels the appointment for any reason, the client will be refunded all payments made, including both the deposit and the booking fee.

Why the 7-Day Notice?
The 7-day cancellation policy allows our stylists to fill their time slot with another client, reducing the financial impact of last-minute cancellations. We ask that clients keep this in mind when making bookings, as it helps stylists manage their schedules and maintain availability for all clients.

HEAT WILL BE USED
FOR MOISTURE APPLY WATER BASED LEAVE-IN, THIS CAN BE APPLIED AT THE APPOINTMENT
*FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS GET A DEEP TREATMENT & TRIM SPLIT ENDS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
If your hair is oily, a wash will have to be added +£15.
To hydrate: Clarifying shampoo (once a month), hydrating shampoo, deep conditioner and leave in ( water-based).

Late Fees

You have a 15 minutes grace period, after 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled. Please keep in communication if you are running late.

Payments

Remaining payment can be paid via cash or bank transfer.

I got so many compliments on my knotless braids! Talitha is such a gentle braider, she really cares about your hair health. Love that she washes the braiding hair before install to prevent itchiness. Also very impressed by her professionalism and customer service. Will definitely book again x
