Please note:

This service includes a wig cap and wig band. Please provide 3 bundles and closure. This is a remote service therefore you have the option to post the wig or drop off the wig.
The wig will be completed within 3-5 working days and you’ll be notified once the wig is complete. You will have the option to collect the wig or I can post the wig back to you.

Request to Book a service.
Wait for the beautician's response. They have 24 hours to accept your request.
When your request is accepted, you’ll be charged the deposit payment. If the beautician declines or doesn’t respond within 24 hours, no charge is made. You will be notified via email and in your dashboard of the status of your booking request. By requesting to book a service you are agreeing to the beautician's cancellation, late fee and refund policy.

Late Fee Policy
There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are later than 15 minutes then an additional £10 will be added to your grand total.
If you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment will either be cancelled or rescheduled.
