    At FroHub, we have a deposit refund policy in place to protect both our stylists and clients, ensuring a fair experience for everyone.

    Cancellations up to 7 Days Before Appointment: 
If a client cancels their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment, they will receive a full refund of their deposit. However, the booking fee is non-refundable.

    Cancellations Within 7 Days: 
If a client cancels their booking within 7 days of the scheduled appointment, or if the booking was made less than 7 days in advance, the client is not eligible for a refund of either the deposit or the booking fee.

    If the Stylist Cancels: 
If the stylist cancels the appointment for any reason, the client will be refunded all payments made, including both the deposit and the booking fee.

    Why the 7-Day Notice?
    The 7-day cancellation policy allows our stylists to fill their time slot with another client, reducing the financial impact of last-minute cancellations. We ask that clients keep this in mind when making bookings, as it helps stylists manage their schedules and maintain availability for all clients.

    All appointments must be booked in advance and, where required, secured with a deposit. Appointment dates and times are only confirmed once the booking process has been completed.
    Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their hair, previous treatments, and overall hair condition at the time of booking or consultation. This is important to ensure the selected service is suitable and to help achieve the best possible results.
    Service results may vary depending on hair type, texture, condition, and aftercare. While every effort is made to deliver the desired outcome, Fro Hub cannot guarantee identical results for every client.
    Clients must follow any preparation or aftercare advice provided before and after their appointment. Failure to do so may affect the outcome and longevity of the service.

    Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a late fee and, where necessary, the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
    If lateness prevents the service from being completed within the booked time, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit may be lost. Repeated late arrivals may require future bookings to be paid in full in advance.

    To keep the booking process smooth and straightforward, cash is the preferred payment method. Any required deposit must be paid in advance to confirm your appointment, with the remaining balance due on the day of your service.
    Clients are kindly asked to arrive prepared with the correct payment method.
