Bookings & Payments
Remaining balances are due at your appointment unless otherwise stated.
Prices are based on standard lengths and sizes. Additional length, density, or custom requests may incur an extra charge.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with sufficient notice, in line with the notice period stated at the time of booking.
Hair Preparation & Responsibility
Clients must arrive with hair prepared according to the instructions provided prior to the appointment.
Failure to follow prep instructions (for example, product build-up, excessive tangling, or incorrect hair condition) may affect the final result or require an additional charge.
Hair health and integrity always take priority over style requests.
Products & Orders
Any hair or products ordered through Hair By Rose Essex must be collected within 5 working days of the agreed collection date unless otherwise arranged.
Results & Adjustments
Every effort is made to achieve the agreed style; however, individual results may vary based on hair condition, density, and length.
Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of your appointment.
Conduct
Hair By Rose Essex operates a respectful, professional environment. Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service without refund.
