At FroHub, we have a deposit refund policy in place to protect both our stylists and clients, ensuring a fair experience for everyone.

Cancellations up to 7 Days Before Appointment: 
If a client cancels their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment, they will receive a full refund of their deposit. However, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations Within 7 Days: 
If a client cancels their booking within 7 days of the scheduled appointment, or if the booking was made less than 7 days in advance, the client is not eligible for a refund of either the deposit or the booking fee.

If the Stylist Cancels: 
If the stylist cancels the appointment for any reason, the client will be refunded all payments made, including both the deposit and the booking fee.

Why the 7-Day Notice?
The 7-day cancellation policy allows our stylists to fill their time slot with another client, reducing the financial impact of last-minute cancellations. We ask that clients keep this in mind when making bookings, as it helps stylists manage their schedules and maintain availability for all clients.

The best thing about my work is the quality and speed I am able to deliver it at. I am a fast hairstylist, the times listed on the website are accurate. You can get a full head of braids in 4 hours if you book me!

Rules
All hairstyles come at my standard medium sized partings (unless a smaller or bigger size is booked)

HAIR IS ALWAYS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE ‼️
– If you would like me to provide the hair please select it as an add on
result in you using whichever colour I have available on the day.
– Braiding hair must be pre-stretched UNLESS you have booked mid back length or shorter. Failure to do so will result in appointment being rescheduled & deposit being repaid!
If you request an add on at your appointment which was not in your original booking you will have to pay double. E.g straightening which is £30; if you add it on as a service on the day of your appointment it will be £60.

Please make sure your EMAIL ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER are correct.
– For hair services, please make sure your hair is freshly washed and blowdried (if you want me to blow-dry please include this as an add on). Please ensure your hair is product free.
– For makeup services, please ensure your skin is freshly washed and product free. For the best results please ensure your brows are groomed!
– All payments to be paid in cash. Please try to withdraw the correct balance a day before your appointment to prevent delays.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash BEFORE I carry out the service! No other payment methods will be accepted at the time of service. (Please have the EXACT amount as I DO NOT carry change).

I do not charge a late fee as I understand sometimes things do happen outside of our control. You have a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will not be refunded your deposit.

Deposits / Payement
• A NON-Refundable deposit is required for ALL appointments to be secured. The deposit amount will be deducted from your total balance.
No deposit, no appointment!

Availability
• My working hours are 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday. I do not have premium slots unless stated otherwise.

Disclaimer
Please note the length & thickness of your natural hair may decrease or increase the time taken to do your hair.
Please plan your day with space to accommodate any changes to the allocated time slot.
If you have any hair concerns (e.g. sparse hair, alopecia or short hair) please contact me beforehand.
Be certain of the hairstyle you select as you cannot change it on the day of the appointment, unless it takes less time than the style originally booked! This will be due to my discretion.
If you fail to follow my recommendations, I will not be held responsible for any hair breakage. (Especially with faux locs)
To prevent hair breakage, please ensure you are giving yourself enough time to take out your hair. Do not rush this process. The amount of time you keep your hair in for can influence how much your hair sheds/ breaks/ grows. After take down, use a WIDE TOOTH COMB and conditioner (optional) to minimise breakage. I offer take down services too. Please handle your hair with care.
