Deposit Refund Policy
At FroHub, we have a deposit refund policy in place to protect both our stylists and clients, ensuring a fair experience for everyone.
Cancellations up to 7 Days Before Appointment: If a client cancels their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment, they will receive a full refund of their deposit. However, the booking fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations Within 7 Days: If a client cancels their booking within 7 days of the scheduled appointment, or if the booking was made less than 7 days in advance, the client is not eligible for a refund of either the deposit or the booking fee.
If the Stylist Cancels: If the stylist cancels the appointment for any reason, the client will be refunded all payments made, including both the deposit and the booking fee.
Why the 7-Day Notice?
The 7-day cancellation policy allows our stylists to fill their time slot with another client, reducing the financial impact of last-minute cancellations. We ask that clients keep this in mind when making bookings, as it helps stylists manage their schedules and maintain availability for all clients.

Service Policy
All services are tailored to your hair and scalp needs to achieve the best long-term results. Please note that service times may vary depending on your hair condition, density, and length.
Hair Condition & Preparation
Clients must arrive with hair properly detangled unless a detangling service has been booked.
Hair should be in no more than 2 sections prior to your appointment.
If you have any scalp concerns (e.g. irritation, excessive flaking, sores, or sensitivity), this must be communicated before your appointment so your service can be adjusted accordingly.
Aftercare Responsibilities
Results depend on consistent aftercare. Clients are responsible for following the recommended routine, product use, and maintenance plan provided. Lack of proper aftercare may affect results.
Children Policy
For safety and to maintain a calm, focused environment, this is a no extra guests/children policy unless the child is the one receiving the service.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if hair or scalp conditions are unsuitable, or if the requested service goes against healthy hair practices.
Health & Safety
Client safety is a priority. Clean tools, safe techniques, and professional products are always used.
Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to their appointment.
Late Fees
• A grace period of up to 15 minutes is allowed.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened to fit the remaining time, or a £15 late fee will apply.
• If you arrive 30 minutes or more late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
