Wait for the beautician's response. They have 24 hours to accept your request.
When your request is accepted, you’ll be charged the deposit payment. If the beautician declines or doesn’t respond within 24 hours, no charge is made. You will be notified via email and in your dashboard of the status of your booking request. Late fee policy:

You will be charged £5 for up to 10 minutes of lateness, £10 for up to 15 minutes.
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment should you be delayed by 20 minutes or more, as it may impact other appointments scheduled. However, we understand things can happen and we will accommodate you if we can.
