Deposit Refund Policy
At FroHub, we have a deposit refund policy in place to protect both our stylists and clients, ensuring a fair experience for everyone.
Cancellations up to 7 Days Before Appointment: If a client cancels their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment, they will receive a full refund of their deposit. However, the booking fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations Within 7 Days: If a client cancels their booking within 7 days of the scheduled appointment, or if the booking was made less than 7 days in advance, the client is not eligible for a refund of either the deposit or the booking fee.
If the Stylist Cancels: If the stylist cancels the appointment for any reason, the client will be refunded all payments made, including both the deposit and the booking fee.
Why the 7-Day Notice?
The 7-day cancellation policy allows our stylists to fill their time slot with another client, reducing the financial impact of last-minute cancellations. We ask that clients keep this in mind when making bookings, as it helps stylists manage their schedules and maintain availability for all clients.

Payment Policy
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Payment can be made in cash or through a PayPal invoice link.
Photography Policy
Before and after photos of your hair will be taken for portfolio purposes. These photos will not include your face unless you have provided consent on the intake form.
Hair Preparation
Please ensure your hair is washed, blown out, and free of products before your appointment. Only heat protectant or a water-based leave-in conditioner is acceptable—avoid any grease or oils. Non-compliance may result in forfeiting your deposit and a cancellation of the service, as residual product can affect the final outcome, potentially causing your hair to turn white from product mixing. I will apply oil if necessary at the end of the service.
Premium Appointments
Appointments scheduled after 9 PM, on Sundays, bank holidays, or as squeeze-ins, as well as weekday mobile appointments, are considered premium and will incur an additional fee of £40.
Mobile Appointments
For mobile services, any parking fees must be covered by the client. A £15 congestion or Dartford charge will also apply if necessary.
