Deposit Refund Policy
At FroHub, we have a deposit refund policy in place to protect both our stylists and clients, ensuring a fair experience for everyone.
Cancellations up to 7 Days Before Appointment: If a client cancels their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment, they will receive a full refund of their deposit. However, the booking fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations Within 7 Days: If a client cancels their booking within 7 days of the scheduled appointment, or if the booking was made less than 7 days in advance, the client is not eligible for a refund of either the deposit or the booking fee.
If the Stylist Cancels: If the stylist cancels the appointment for any reason, the client will be refunded all payments made, including both the deposit and the booking fee.
Why the 7-Day Notice?
The 7-day cancellation policy allows our stylists to fill their time slot with another client, reducing the financial impact of last-minute cancellations. We ask that clients keep this in mind when making bookings, as it helps stylists manage their schedules and maintain availability for all clients.
Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Deposits
Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of [£20] is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total service fee.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid immediately upon completion of your service via Cash
Provisional Bookings: Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
2. Hair Preparation
To ensure the best results and keep your appointment on schedule, your hair must be:
Clean: Freshly washed within 24 hours of your appointment and completely free of heavy oils, greases, leave-in conditioners, or product buildup.
Stretched & Detangled: Blown out thoroughly from root to tip with a comb attachment. If your hair is not properly stretched, a £15 blow-dry/detangling fee will be added to your bill.
Damaged/Short Hair: If you have blunt cuts, severe hair loss, alopecia, or hair shorter than [e.g., 4 inches], you must send photos of your hair via DM/WhatsApp before booking to ensure I can grip it.
Hair Not Included: Braiding hair is not included. You must purchase X-Pression Pre-Stretched hair. You will need 3-4 packs
No Plus Ones: Due to limited space and safety reasons, absolutely no extra guests, friends, children, or pets are allowed to accompany you to your appointment.
Travel Fee: Mobile services incur a travel fee of £10 - £30 depending on your London zone/distance.
Workspace Requirements: You must provide a smoke-free environment, a comfortable chair with a low or mid-back (so I can access your hair easily), good lighting, and access to an electrical outlet.
Late Fees
Lateness Grace Period: I allow a 15-minute grace period.
After 15 minutes, a late fee of £10 will apply.
