Deposit Refund Policy
At FroHub, we have a deposit refund policy in place to protect both our stylists and clients, ensuring a fair experience for everyone.
Cancellations up to 7 Days Before Appointment: If a client cancels their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment, they will receive a full refund of their deposit. However, the booking fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations Within 7 Days: If a client cancels their booking within 7 days of the scheduled appointment, or if the booking was made less than 7 days in advance, the client is not eligible for a refund of either the deposit or the booking fee.
If the Stylist Cancels: If the stylist cancels the appointment for any reason, the client will be refunded all payments made, including both the deposit and the booking fee.
Why the 7-Day Notice?
The 7-day cancellation policy allows our stylists to fill their time slot with another client, reducing the financial impact of last-minute cancellations. We ask that clients keep this in mind when making bookings, as it helps stylists manage their schedules and maintain availability for all clients.

Emergency appointments:
Same day or next day appointments will be an additional £15. Please get in contact before booking these kind of appointments.
Your hair:
Please make sure that your hair is washed, untangled and dry if you have not selected a wash & blow-dry add-on to your service.
If you are not sure about your hair length/texture, have any questions or require further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss.
100% Virgin Human Hair:
I do sell a wide variety of 100% Virgin human hair, from wigs, bundles, closures, frontals in different colours and sizes, at reasonable prices. If you purchase hair from me you will get £10 off your installation service. Fast shipping, no tangle, no shedding and it can be dyed.
Late Fees
If you are running late, please do get in contact with me to let me know. There is 20mins grace period. After this you will be charged an extra £10. If you are more than 40mins late, your appointment will be cancelled.
Payments
The outstanding balance must be paid in CASH. Please come with the correct change.
