Please note:

Relaxer for first timers, which will chemically straighten curly hair finished off with a blow dry and straighten.

Request to Book a service.
Wait for the beautician's response. They have 24 hours to accept your request.
When your request is accepted, you’ll be charged the deposit payment. If the beautician declines or doesn’t respond within 24 hours, no charge is made. You will be notified via email and in your dashboard of the status of your booking request. By requesting to book a service you are agreeing to the beautician's cancellation, late fee and refund policy.

A non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment, this will be deducted from the final cost.

Lateness.
There will be a 10min grace period, arriving after will result in a £10 fee.

Reschedule/Cancellation:
In order to reschedule your appointment I will need to be told no less than 48 hrs prior to your appointment.
If you fail to show up to your appointment & do not communicate with me, your card will be charged 50% of the full payment.
