Late fee policy:
- You will be charged £5 for up to 10 minutes of lateness, £10 for up to 15 minutes.
- I reserve the right to cancel an appointment should you be delayed by 20 minutes or more, as it may impact other appointments scheduled. However, I understand things can happen and I will accommodate you if I can.
