HAIR PRODUCTS
Kindly drop off braiding hair up to 3 days prior to appointment . Where this is not possible, please inform us ahead to discuss purchase options or planning an extra 30 min - 1hr to cover for the prep time.
HAIR PREP
Your hair must be clean (freshly washed), with NO ADDED PRODUCTS or OILS (except some heat protector) and thoroughly blowdried from roots to end. Failure to do this could affect the finished results or in extreme cases, POSSIBLE CANCELLATION
SHORT / DAMAGED HAIR
Consultation is required prior to booking for lengths under 4 inches.
If hair is thin / damaged or you have some hair loss, please message us to discuss the best option for you.
Every hair is different in terms of fullness, lenght, head size etc, allow for extra 30mins - 1hr
LATENESS
10 minute grace period
10 - 30 minutes = £10 fee.
Over 30 minutes late = CANCELLED
