Which is better for the health of my hair?

Some people find box braids a better protective hairstyle as the hair is properly tucked away reducing the chances of your hair being exposed to the elements and breaking. However, as usual, it is important to try it out for yourself and see which works best for you. You may also feel differently about each hairstyle depending on if hair extensions are used or not.
