Where is the best place to buy hair accessories from?

If you're in London, there are many black hair shops there that sell hair accessories like hair beads, strings and cuffs to use for your box braids. Just go to areas like East or South London, boroughs like Peckham and Hackney. Some shops include Paks which is spread across London. If they are not an option, then you could always order and buy from Amazon.
