Please note:

  • This service is for: Large Square or Triangle Knotless Braids – Bra Strap Length.
  • Before attending your appointment, please ensure hair is washed, detangled and free of any oils and gel.
  • It is not best practice to braid hair that has recently been coloured, relaxed or hair that is damaged, thinning or prone to breaking. Please contact us before booking to discuss, if the above applies.

Hair Extensions

  • Whether you are purchasing braiding hair from us or providing it yourself, please do specify the colour you desire, when making a booking as hair is prepared before arrival and replaces the packs we prepared.
  • Braiding hair not included in price, but can be provided at an additional cost (usually £4) please request when booking or bring braiding hair with you on the day of your appointment. (We only use X-pressions braiding hair). Send a message using ‘Contact’ on our profile once you have made a booking to let us know if you want us to provide it.
  • For large box braids you will need 3/4 packs of hair.

Mobile Travel Fee

  • For our mobile service there is a travel charge of £5, in addition to the cost of your service.

Late Fee

  • In the event you are not home when we arrive or you need to delay the start of your service there may be a late charge of £8.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an appointment should you be delayed by 15 minutes or more, as it may impact other appointments scheduled. However, we understand things can happen and we will accommodate you if we can.

Deposit Refund Policy

At FroHub, we have a deposit refund policy in place to protect both our stylists and clients, ensuring a fair experience for everyone.

Cancellations up to 7 Days Before Appointment: If a client cancels their booking at least 7 days before the scheduled appointment, they will receive a full refund of their deposit. However, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations Within 7 Days: If a client cancels their booking within 7 days of the scheduled appointment, or if the booking was made less than 7 days in advance, the client is not eligible for a refund of either the deposit or the booking fee.

If the Stylist Cancels: If the stylist cancels the appointment for any reason, the client will be refunded all payments made, including both the deposit and the booking fee.

Why the 7-Day Notice?
The 7-day cancellation policy allows our stylists to fill their time slot with another client, reducing the financial impact of last-minute cancellations. We ask that clients keep this in mind when making bookings, as it helps stylists manage their schedules and maintain availability for all clients.
